Real fame
The kind that lasts
Forever
Is based on real skills
Third party validation
Of skills
Wide recognition
For possessing
A particular skill set
There are many trying
The competition is good
The imitations are many
Real fame
Without real skills
Isn't real fame
It's called infamy
Infamy is reserved
For phonies, fakes, posers
And punks
Infamy is for those
Who faked it
Until they made it
Under false pretenses
And cheated those
Who believed in them
By pretending
To be something
They weren't
Real fame
Without real skills
Isn't real fame
It's called infamy
